Refurbished Items must be returned within the 30 day warranty period of the item received in your order. 

Brand new Items will include manufacturers warranty from the brand of the appliance and  must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be undamaged , have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Factory Second items warranty can either fall under manufactures warranty, or our 1 month warranty policy , not both.You will find in the description of your purchased item which warranty the appliance it allocated to.
